Create Scope Request From App
POST/api/v2/connected-apps/scope-requests
The assistant asks for write access on the connection it is calling under.
The one route in this package for a delegated caller. It goes through the general
get_current_user so that the delegated resolver runs with all of its gates (live
grant, admission, allow-list); the service then refuses any caller that did not
arrive as a delegated one. No permission is checked, so a read-only connection can ask.
