Update Email Template Header Image

/api/v2/email-template/header-image

Upload a full-width header image and switch off logo-strip mode.

The file is stored public-read; only PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF (up to 5MB) are accepted after PIL decode validation so arbitrary HTML/SVG/scripts cannot be hosted.
